One of the best things about the reformer is its versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, perched on the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks, upside down, sideways and all kinds of variations thereof. In other words, the reformer can train many parts and dynamics of the body

The reformer offers all the famous benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Tower

The Tower is derived from the Pilates Cadillac. It has a system of springs and bars which challenge the muscles and add strength and flexibility. This apparatus is said to have evolved as Joseph Pilates is believed to have experimented with using springs on real hospital beds for resistance training with bedridden soldiers during WWI.
Chair

The Wunda chair has a box shape with one side that can be pressed down against the resistance of springs, like a large pedal. With a small amount of time you can get the maximum workout as this apparatus is one of the most challenging of all the apparatus.
