Amanda Marley

Suffering back injury in Jamaica playing professional golf, Amanda tried, a then newly introduced exercise, Pilates for rehabilitation. Experiencing the positive effect of Pilates to her body she, in 2003, relocated to New York to study at the Physical Mind Institute.Her interest was piqued! She wanted to learn all disciplines of Pilates. She moved again to Florida to study Classical Pilates in Fort Lauderdale. Receiving certifications from Titleist Performance Institute, Pilates for Golf and Prenatal Pilates. In 2005 Amanda started training clients in their homes and studios in Florida. The effects of Pilates were immediately felt by her clients. Pilates had also grown in popularity nationwide. Word of mouth has made it an exercise endorsed by athletes and celebrities. Amanda opened Zoeli Pilates in Las Olas, Florida in 2009. Zoeli Pilates focuses on Classical Pilates for both rehabilitation and athletic performance. Amanda is passionate in the authentic method and works hard at keeping true to Joe Pilates teachings. Zoeli Pilates has expended its scope of services to embrace the holistic aspects of physical performance: Nutrition. In 2013 Amanda became a Certified Health Coach and Ayurvedic Consultant extending nutritional advice to clients. Incorporating physical and nutritional services clients are experiencing an elevated level of personal fitness and health. Amanda’s unique methods and unswerving dedication to clients have earned her a position as one of the most sought after personal trainers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Zoeli Pilates, now known as Zoeli Fitness, continues to grow introducing a stadium style spin and Yoga studio.

Alexandra Sanchez

Alexandradra Sanchez is a level 5 Pilates instructor, that obtained her certification from world recognized Romana’s Pilates in New York. Alexandra studied and trained with Level 3 Instructor Trainer Bridget Hagood, MS, LMT; did her Seminars in Miami and NY; was tested and Certified by Romana Krazynouska and Sari Mejia Santo (Romana’s daughter); and continues her education with Bridget Hagood in Miami, Fl. While earned her certification, Alexandra worked at Pilates-South, Inc. in Coral Springs Fl. for 2 years. Here is where she became fascinated with Pilates, saw all the benefits, and decided to become an instructor. Alexandra was born in Caracas, Venezuela where she graduated college as a Pre-School Teacher. After graduating she taught at Jefferson Academy and moved to become the Pre-School Principal of the Instituto Cumbres de Caracas. She moved to the United States 14 years ago and volunteered for 10 years at the public schools where her children attended.

Chantall Estapa

Born in South Africa, Chantall started dance at the age of five years old. She then furthered her training by completing her R.A.D, Cecchetti and S.A.T.D.A examinations with honors. Whilst being trained privately in the Vaganova method. In her professional dance career overseas Chantall performed with Ballet Theatre Afikan, State Theatre Ballet, South African Ballet Theatre as well as guesting in South Africa and USA. Chantall’s teaching career has including dancers receiving scholarships to American Heritage, Pointe Park college and various dances programs in USA. Dancers she has trained have been featured on SYTYCD season 9 (runner up Tiffany Maher) & 10 (Top 14 Lexi Juliano), Cirque in Vegas, dancers for Flow Rider and Pitbull, Rock of Ages and Step up 4 movies as well as the Disney channel. Chantall has done Pilates through her dancing training and career. She has been in trained in classical Pilates through Amanda Marley and Alexandra Sanchez. Chantall has also attended conventions and seminars. Chantall’s goal as a teacher is to share her knowledge, discipline and passion for ballet and Pilates. ‘Dance is a hidden language of the soul.’ Martha Graham

Halcyon E. Hoagland 

Born in St. Andrew, Jamaica, Halcyon began dancing before she could walk. Her early roots in dance led her to her first exposure to the Pilates method in London in 1989. Since then, it too has been a gift of healing in her life. Her own scoliosis gives her keen analytical ability for different bodies and physical conditions, helping clients gain mental and physical strength and agility, body acceptance, and balance of the skeletal system and vital organs. In 2007, she was certified by Core Dynamics Pilates, developed by Michelle Larson, a protégé of Eve Gentry, who trained directly with Joseph Pilates for over 25 years. Committed to the classical intent of the Pilates method, she firmly believes, “precision in technique is what changes the body.” She resides in South Florida where she taught for over 10 years in wellness centers, boutique studios, and Five-star resorts. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Latin American and Caribbean Studies, and when not teaching Pilates can be found working in Arts Education at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and spending time with her Min Pin, Dixie.

Cindy Grossman

Cindy has a passionate love for dance and has been fortunate enough to live her whole life in the field. She has training at many schools including American Ballet Theatre and Alvin Ailey in New York. Her early training was with Madame Swaboda from Ballet Russe during the time she performed with the Richmond Ballet. Other performance undertakings were with the Ballet Nacional de Cuba in Giselle, The Stuttgard Ballet in Romeo & Julliet and American Ballet Theatre in Swan Lake. All performances were at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, New York City. Cindy earned the opportunity to teach and choreograph – some of which obtained high awards for creativity, as well as wins in competitions. Cindy’s teaching goes outside of the studio where she previously taught the Miami Dolphins ballet and aerobics and prepared body builders for their competitions. Aside from her teaching career, Cindy works at Becker & Poliakoff as the firm’s law librarian. Many of her students have gone on to receive scholarships to Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, American Ballet Theatre, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and many others with high reputation. Overall, Cindy works to help clients build a knowledge of movement, lean and strong physical being, a positive outlook on their bodies and a fabulous spirit for life.

Samantha Wein

Samantha Wien is a true fitness enthusiast with a strong passion for bicycles! She has been a Johnny G Certified Spinning Instructor, as well as an avid road cyclist and mountain biker for over a decade. Throughout her cycling career, she has explored the gorgeous roads and trails all over Napa Valley, Colorado, Italy and South Florida. She incorporates the techniques of road cycling with a backdrop of classic rock from the seventies up until today. Her classes are always a high energy cycling workout! Samantha says, “Come ride with me in class, see you on the bike!”

Adrian Winchell 

Adrian taught physical education in Broward County for 30 + years, and has enjoyed being retired for 11 years. He has been an active Mad Dogg certified "Spinning" Instructor for nearly 20 years. Performance training is his specialty, and he draws upon knowledge gained from a Master's Degree in Sports Sciences and personal training experience to help you improve your fitness level. He is a former sponsored incline speed skater who raced at the national level for 15 years. Life has slowed down after racing, and now he enjoys free-diving for fish and lobster. When at Zoeli his focus is to guide you on a cycling journey that challenges you physically, stimulates you mentally, and rewards you emotionally. Adrian stresses that you don't need to be great to get started, but you must start to have a chance at greatness! Sarah Weiss

Sarah was born and raised in Indiana, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. With a love for cooking and little education on proper nutrition, Sarah became overweight in high school and into college. During her last years of college, she took on the challenge to beat the weight problem she had struggled with for years. After losing over 50 pounds, Sarah realized her passion was with helping people reach their health goals the way she had. She left her job as an Investment Broker in Indiana, moved to Florida, and began working towards a degree in Dietetics & Nutrition. Since October, she has been working at Zoeli Pilates as a Fitness Director to coordinate and promote overall health and wellness.

Joe Woulfe

Joe started teaching Spin in Chicago in 1996 and has been taking on adventurous challeneges ever since. He has taught various Group Ex classes including: FitSport, Critical mass, Fitfour, Total Body Sculpt, Bootcamp, Spin and Tone and Chisel. Even more impressive, Joe has biked self supported from British Columbia through Oregon on two separate trips and participated for the last 11 years in RAGBRAI, an organized bike ride across the entire state of Iowa. In support of MS, he has been team captain for Bike MS to organize up to 200 miles in Dallas, Chicago and now South Florida! His free time is no less active as he enjoys particpating in maratons, hiking, traveling, canoeing, kayaking and camping.
